- Fundamentals of systemic coaching
- Selected psychological methods and intervention techniques
- Perception training and non-verbal communication skills
- Analysis and intervention competencies in equine-assisted coaching
- Practical coaching sessions directly with horses
- Development of your own coaching concept
The focus is on the interaction between theory, self-experience, and practical application.
You do not only learn how coaching works – but why it works.

No prior experience with horses is required.
Structure & Framework
Duration: 5 weekends over a period of 12 months (10 days in total)
This allows sufficient time to integrate what you learn and transfer it into practice.
Certification
The training concludes with a practical examination – ideally with your own horse.
Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate.
